Do I need to put single wire braces?

Once the braces treatment is complete.

 It is mandatory to use a retainer ; from the name itself,to retain the teeth position.

After removing the braces teeth is free to go back to its position.

So inorder to stay teeth in its corrected space one has to use retainers.

1.  Once in a month this retainers need to be tightened also, as regular use cause changes in the retainers.
