5. Address proof attested

6.pan card/ form 60

7. Vehicle data sheet

8.form 8 B(invoice)

9. Form-22

10. Insurance policy/ cover note original

11.declaration form
(Helmet, no.plate,rear wheel cover,etc for motorcycle)

12. Online form20 with chassis no. Pencil print.

13.self addressed envelope with stamp(rs.40)
Owner of vehicle should be present at the checking office.

Almost 10 documents will be given by company from where you purchased .
Rest you can do by yourself.
