Balanced Diet
BALANCED DIET
According to Center for Nutrition Policy and Promotion of USA , a balanced
diet should include :

Fruits and Vegetables- Combined these should be half of what you eat every
day.
·
Grains - At least half of the grains you eat should be whole wheat such as
whole wheat bread and brown rice.
·
Dairy - low fat or fat free diary foods.
·
Lean Proteins - such as lean beef,skinless poultry, and fish . Try to vary
your protein choices to include eggs, beans, peas and legumes.
Eat at least 8 oz. of sea food a week.
Main area of focus is that, food should be pesticide or chemical free foods
.
Now a days most of the food items we buy from market will be adulterated
,which is the prime spot of all these diseses what we are encountering day
today life,the soul reason for cancers too.
Try to cultivate resources for daily intake
by your own.
