Coffee has a stimulating effect on humans, primarily due to its caffeine content.Its slightly acidic in nature.Its a stronger drink than tea.

Coffee has the highest sales in the world market for hot drinks.

In India, 90% of people drink tea, and in Kerala, 85% of the population prefers tea.

Coffee, which has a higher caffeine content than tea, has several notable effects.

Coffee

  •  It can increase blood pressure and heart rate while also enhancing concentration.
  •  Additionally, coffee consumption is associated with a reduced risk of certain diseases such as Parkinson's and Alzheimer's. 

Tea

Tea contains about half the caffeine content of coffee. Both coffee and tea are rich in antioxidants, though coffee generally has more.

  • The antioxidants in tea have notable anticancer properties. 
  • Regular coffee consumption is associated with a lower risk of colorectal cancer, breast cancer, intestinal cancer, liver cirrhosis, and fatty liver. 
  • Additionally, tea can help reduce gastric irritation, and green tea specifically is known to aid in weight loss.

Side Effects of Coffee

The side effects of coffee include the potential for tremors, an increased heart rate, sleep deprivation, and reduced concentration. 

Additionally, black coffee can increase the risk of ulceration, and coffee intake may contribute to weight gain.


Whether its Coffee or Tea its up to your choice and tolerability ,both has its own benefits and both has its own side effects.
